General Rules:

• No pets,

• No parties or events

• No use of narcotics & drugs in the property

• No smoking in the property or outhouse

• No excessive noise especially during quiet hours (9:00pm to 08:00am)

• No food shoved down the sink, use the bins/bin liners provided for any food waste

• No jumping on the sofa bed or bedroom beds]

• Take care of the property - any damages caused by guests to property or belongings within it will be charged to the guest

Cleaning and Hygiene:

• The property is delivered clean and tidy - you are expected to maintain cleanliness during your stay

• In case of excess mess or damage cause by the guest an additional cleaning fee will apply

Safety and Responsibility:

• Always lock the door and windows when leaving the property

• We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings
